Real science, Real results.
clinically-tested ingredients to smooth and hydrate kp-affected skin.
urea (10%)
Urea is a powerful hydrator that helps break down excess keratin—the protein that causes those bumpy patches on KP-affected skin. A 2024 study showed that urea significantly improves skin texture in just one week, with continued benefits over four weeks.
lactic acid (8%)
The study, Kootiratrakarn et al. (2015), used 10% lactic acid and reported a 66% mean reduction in lesions after 12 weeks, with improved skin hydration (Epidermal Permeability Barrier in the Treatment of Keratosis Pilaris). The product lists 8%, slightly lower, but lactic acid at 5-10% is common in skincare for exfoliation, suggesting effectiveness. Over 62.5% of patients achieved marked improvement, with sustained benefits at follow-up.
salicylic acid (2%)
Salicylic acid clears out hair follicles and reduces inflammation. A 2015 study using salicylic acid showed a 52% reduction in KP over 12 weeks.
hyaluronic acid (0.5%)
Boosts hydration and smoothness. Kim et al. (2024) confirmed non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid’s effectiveness in reducing roughness and redness in KP, with sustained improvements at 24 weeks post-treatment
shea butter
Moisturizes and repairs the skin barrier, aiding KP relief.
vitamin e
An antioxidant that supports skin health and reduces inflammation.

About KP Clarity Complex
The Science Behind Smooth Skin
KP Clarity Complex was developed by dermatologists specifically to address Keratosis Pilaris, a common skin condition that causes rough patches and tiny bumps, typically on the arms, thighs, and buttocks.
Our revolutionary formula combines three powerful exfoliating acids at clinical-strength concentrations to effectively break down keratin build-up while maintaining skin barrier health:
Urea
A natural moisturizing factor that softens skin and dissolves hardened keratin.
Lactic Acid
An alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that gently removes dead skin cells and improves moisture retention.
Salicylic Acid
A beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that penetrates pores to clear blockages and reduce inflammation.
Hyaluronic Acid
A powerful humectant that attracts and retains moisture, helping to maintain skin hydration and plumpness.
